I purchased a used Honda NC 700 and traded my cbr 250 from Nova Scotia over the phone along with the some email pictures .The transaction was great. Visited PEI in July by motorcycle and had a problem with my bike,called Harley dealer BUT they couldn't even look at for three days. Very disappointing for me because I had to leave in 3 days (back to USA). The campground got a hold of Centennial and the service manager Paul could not have been any nicer. He took my bike right in and diagnosed the problem as a starter. The tech replaced it (Paul the tech) and was out of there in about an hour (not three days). Decided to bring my Street Glide from Halifax to ride around Summerside as our new home was being constructed. Developed a noise in the primary and not having all my tools, I was on the verge of taking it to the dealer in Charlottetown. Just on the off chance I stopped into Centennial thinking there just might be a Harley wrencher. I bumped into the service manager, Paul and we both agreed on a couple potential scenarios. I decided to leave my bike in order that he could take a better look. Well first thing the next morning Paul called me with what the issue was and told me he would have my hog on the mend by that afternoon. He was true to his word and the cost was a fraction of the numbers I had bouncing around in my head. This will result in all 3 of my bikes going to Centennial for service once I move back home...

So you live in Newfoundland and you really want to buy a Raider S, what do you do? Start calling dealerships and hope to find one of course. So what do you do when all you hear is "can't get one.", "can't order one." "sorry can't help ya.". Well apparently all you have to do is get in touch with Mitch at Centennial. So I find their web page and requested a quote and bang, Mitch calls me right away. "I have one right here in the show room." A salesmans dream I am, as I'm sure he could see the child like grin on my face from ear to ear. But wait, I have to be strong, I have to get a great deal (well not really I'm buying the thing anyway, and nobody else seems to want to get me one.) and behold, there is a rebate being offered. Long story short, or at least a little shorter, after 50 plus emails (Mitch's thumbs must have been falling off as I was still emailing questions even after business hours, and he was right there answering all of them, I said lets do it. Mitch, true to his word, had it crated up and on it's way to good old Newfoundland. I got my Raider S yesterday, after only 4 days, and let me tell you, it's everything I wanted and more. I'm so impressed with Mitch and the service, that I had to write this thing to let everyone know how happy I am and say that if you are considering making a purchase there, don't hesitate, it is worth it. Thank you Mitch for not only providing an exceptional level of service, but for making me a very, very, happy man. All the best to you.

Since I bought it I have had tune ups and service done, all of which were done with fantastic service. The parts guys are friendly and very helpful. I first heard if this dealership from some friends who told me that the deals at Centennial Auto Sport and Tire were unbelievable, I decided to check it out. Deals were great! I decided to buy a new bike for both me and my wife. All I have to say is.. This dealership has awesome customer service and I plan on buying my future bikes here as well. I definitely pride the manager, excellent setup. Recommend this dealership to anyone in the maritimes who wants a bike, it's worth it!
