Watch The Honda CR Electric Dirt Bike Concept In Action

Two-stroke or four-stroke? Uh... no, not exactly.

This is the Honda CR Electric Concept, a dirt bike Honda displayed at the Tokyo Motorcycle Show in March. You're basically looking at a CRF, but in place of the 230 or 250 or 450, this Honda CR is powered by a Mugen electric motor. You know Mugen as a Honda car tuner - remember the Mugen Si? - but also because Mugen sends electric superbikes to the absolutely insane Isle of Man TT. 

Now there are clips of the CR-E undergoing a public run at the All Japan National MC Championship. (Here's a longer version.)

Obviously the CR Electric isn't for sale.
